Daniel Francis Parr, Sr., son of John and Elizabeth Parr, was born in Dodge, Nebraska on October 7, 1931. He died at the age of 74 years on May 28, 2006 in Omaha, Nebraska. He was preceded in death by parents, John and Elizabeth Parr; sisters, Sr. Nola Parr, SSSF and Edith Doll; brother, Rev. Norman Parr. Survived by wife, Georgann; children, Jane DeLuca and husband, Louis, Patrice Budenholzer and husband, Tom, Cathy Parr, Ann Parr, Dan Parr, Jr. and wife, Ann, Paul Parr and wife, Mary; grandchildren, Elizabeth, Catharine, Jesse, Stacey, Elsa, Daniel III, Paul, Meghan, Joseph, Shelby and Lauren; great-grandson, Kevin; brother, John Parr and wife, Mary; sister, Sr. Mary Sicilda Parr, SSSF; brothers-in-law, Merlin Doll and wife, Sheri, Jack Campbell and wife, Bev; many nieces and nephews; and many friends. Visitation was at 5:30 PM Wednesday, May 31st, at Thomas More Catholic Church, followed by a Vigil Service at 7:30 PM. Services were Thursday, June 1st, at 10:00 AM at West Center Chapel and St. Thomas More Catholic Church at 10:30 AM. Interment was in Calvary Cemetery with full Military Honors by American Legion Post No. 331.

Visitation observing CDC guidelines: Tuesday, March 23rd from 5pm to
7pm at St. Thomas More Catholic Church, 4804 Grover, followed by a Vigil
Service at 7pm. Mass of Christian Burial, Wednesday, March 24th at
10:30am at St. Thomas More Catholic Church. Interment, Calvary Cemetery. |
