Phillip F. Barkmeier passed away February 24, 1966. Phillip was born December 31, 1905 at Exeter Nebraska, and passed away at Hastings, Nebraska, after a lingering illness. Phillip lived in and near Exeter, Nebraska all of his life. Phillip was a very devoted son and brother. He is survived by his father John F. Barkmeier of Exeter, and two brothers, John F. Barkmeier, Jr. from North Platte, Nebraska and Frank L. Barkmeier of Exeter, three nephews, four nieces, and a host of relatives and friends. Funeral services were held at St. Stephen's Catholic Church in Exeter on Monday, February 28th, at 9:30 a.m. with Father Thomas Kadlec officiating. Interment was
in the Exeter Cemetery in Exeter, Nebraska.
