Oscar N. Ragan, 64, a native of Utica, died Sunday in Lincoln. He lived at 1321 Sumner St. Mr. Ragan attended Utica schools. His father was the local postmaster at Utica for several years. Survivors include his wife, Arliene, and his mother, Mrs. Jarrett Ragan, of Lincoln. Rosary was said Tuesday night at 7:30 p.m. at Hodgmann-Spain-Roberts Mortuary in Lincoln. Funeral services will be held Wednesday 10 a.m., at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Utica with the Rev. Kenneth Schnoebellen officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

Obituary Mrs. Arliene Ragan, 62, widow of Oscar Ragan, died at a Lincoln hospital Tuesday, November 7. She was a registered nurse at St. Elizabeth School of Nursing and was a menber of Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church. She is survived by her mother, Mrs. John Menke of Exeter, six sisters, nieces and nephews. Funeral services were held Friday morning at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church in Lincoln with Msgr. C. J. Keenan officiating. Graveside services were held at St. Patrick's Cemetery at Utica where she was interred. Her husband, the late Oscar Ragan, was a native of Utica, having moved to Lincoln many years ago. Mrs. Vern Long of Utica was a cousin of the Ragans.
